A growing sustainable fashion company is seeking a superstar Acquisition Marketer to drive our data driven marketing and direct-to-consumer efforts. The Customer Acquisition Marketing Manager will develop and execute customer acquisition efforts across channels with a focus on display, retargeting and paid social. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Acquisition:
Plan and execute all digital marketing efforts including paid (display, retargeting, paid search and paid social) and organic channels. Assess effectiveness of campaigns and select channels, allocate resources, test, and optimize accordingly. Expertise with A-B testing, creative creation, and digital marketing platforms best practices is a prerequesite. Past experience managing and allocating an ad budget with minimal oversight is also necessary.

Marketing Funnel Optimization:
Work with cross-functional teams and web development vendor to create and test new conversion-focused landing pages and user experience flows.   Ensure on-site experience is user and SEO friendly, and converts across the funnel stages (from email capture to transaction). Be tactical enough to occasionally make tweaks on your own.


Data and Analytics:
Create and update weekly reports, translating data into dashboards and executive summary. Be able to quickly analyze trends in performance to pinpoint where you should put in your effort operationally. Have enough expertise in excel to quickly and in an organized fashion have mastery over channel by channel marketing metrics. (You should be an expert in calculating and understanding LTV, CAC, CTR, and other key marketing stats.)



Education and Experience Requirements

  • 3+ years of owning acquisition strategy, budget and optimization
  • Expert knowledge of Facebook Ads, Display, Prospecting and Retargeting, Paid Search, Paid Social, and SEO
  • Strong Email Marketing and CRM expertise; experience with Shopify and Mailchimp
  • Expert knowledge of Google Analytics, KPIs and reporting
  • Incredible team-player and cross functional leadership skills. This person will work with closely with: Graphic Design, Web Development, and Content Marketing
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS a plus
  • Personal love of fashion and retail a plus
  • Data driven marketer: Loves problem solving and learning through data
