Holiday Return Policy

We want you to love your new items. If it didn't quite work out we're happy to accept returns on new, unused items within 45 days of purchase for a refund back to your original form of payment. Items must remain in their original condition free of damage, and with the tags still attached. Items marked final sale are not eligible for returns. Valid on purchases made from 11/11-12/31/24.

Items must be returned within 45 days of purchase, and we need to receive the original item back in new, unwashed condition with tags attached. Valid on purchases made from 11/11-12/31/24. Items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged.

You can return your items two ways: 

In Store
If you would like to drop off an online return at a store near you, we accept free returns on eligible items at any of our retail locations. Once the order is left with the store team, processing of your return may take 1-2 days. After we complete your request, a confirmation will be sent to the email on file. Check out our store locator to find a location near you.

We do not accept exchanges in stores of purchases made online. Please visit Amourvert.com/returns to create an exchange for eligible online purchases.

By Mail
To return by mail, head to our Return Portal to initiate your return.

You will need your order number, which you can find in your order confirmation email or your packing slip. Please note that our warehouse system cannot process returns that are not completed through our Return Portal. If you do not use our process, your item will be shipped back to you.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges on all full-priced and sale items (with the exclusion of items marked "Final Sale"). Please note that we need to receive the original item back in new, unwashed condition with tags attached within 45 days of purchase. After this date, refunds will be issued as store credit or exchanged in the value of the current selling price. Valid on purchases made from 11/11-12/31/24.

What about ReAmour items?
All pre-loved purchases are final unless the item is not in the condition described by the seller. If this situation occurs, you can open a dispute once the item has been delivered to you. Once the dispute is confirmed, we will issue a refund and ask that you please return the item. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at hello@amourvert.com.

What about Sale?
Sale items can be returned/exchanged in accordance with our standard return policy, with the exception of items marked as "Final Sale". Please see the Final Sale section for more information.

What about Final Sale?
Final Sale items are not eligible for return. No exceptions, this includes gifts. If you have any questions regarding fit, sizing & styling for a final sale item for yourself or a gift, we encourage you to ask one of our sustainable stylists at 855-ECO-MADE or contact us.

Shipping Costs
We cannot refund expedited shipping costs. 

When will I receive my refund?
Your return amount will be credited back to your original form of payment. Refunds are typically processed by our team within 2 business days upon delivery. You will be emailed a confirmation of refund once our Return Department has issued the refund. 

Returns can take up to two weeks to arrive back to our distribution center from time of label creation to delivery. To track the status of your return, you can use the tracking number provided to you when you initiate your return. 

Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to post back to your account.

USA Shipping & Tracking

Standard Shipping

  • Orders over $120 qualify for free shipping.
  • For orders under $120, we charge a flat rate of $10 for shipping. 

Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days from your purchase date and are estimated to arrive in 3-10 business days. We are not responsible for carrier or weather delays. 

Expedited Shipping
2-Day shipping costs $20 and is expected to arrive within 2-3 business days. Orders placed by 11am PST are typically shipped the same day, orders placed after 11am PST will ship the following business day. We are not responsible for carrier or weather delays. (Delivery time excludes weekends)

Overnight shipping costs $30 and is expected to arrive in one business day. Orders placed by 11am PST are typically shipped the same day, orders placed after 11am PST will ship the following business day. We are not responsible for carrier or weather delays. (Delivery time excludes weekends)

PO Boxes
At this time we cannot ship to PO box addresses. 

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number. After the tracking number is generated, it may take up to 24-48 hours for shipment scans to show from the carrier. Please note due to global shipping disruptions, package scans may not show until your package has been delivered. 

If your order shows as delivered but you have not received yet, please wait 24-48 hours before contacting us. Often times the carrier marks the package delivered but runs of time to deliver that day, or delivers to a nearby address. These orders are usually corrected in the next day or two. 

After an order has been marked as delivered to the correct shipping address, we are not held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We understand shipping delays can be frustrating and we are working diligently to ensure you receive your AV items as quickly as possible. Please reach out to us if you have any concerns and we will try our best to help anyway we can!

What is ReAmour?

ReAmour is our dedicated resale marketplace for pre-loved Amour Vert clothing. We’ve created ReAmour so that you can sell & purchase pre-loved AV styles and we can help make fashion more sustainable by keeping second-hand items out of the landfill.

Where can I find the ReAmour collection?

Real Amour Vert customers selling their pre-loved garments. These pre-loved Amour Vert pieces will ship directly to you from another Amour Vert customer upon purchase. Visit ReAmour here.

How do I pay for a pre-loved item?

You will pay the same way as with any Amour Vert order through our secure checkout. Simply "Add to Cart" and then proceed through the checkout as usual.

How long does shipping take?

We ask our ReAmour sellers to fulfill your order within 3 business days. The garment will ship with a tracking number, and typically arrives within 3-5 days of being shipped.

Can I return my pre-loved purchase?

All pre-loved purchases are final unless the item is not in the condition described by the seller. If this situation occurs, you can open a dispute once the item has been delivered to you. Once the dispute is confirmed, we will issue a refund and ask that you please return the item. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at hello@amourvert.com.

What should I do when I receive my purchase?

Once your order has been delivered you will receive an email to confirm and rate your pre-loved purchase. Please let us know if your item is up to the standards you expected! If it is, feel free to give your seller a great rating. If it’s not, let us know within three days through the form. One of our customer service representatives is here to take care of you!

Why should I sell my items on ReAmour?

Our goal is to keep AV clothing out of the landfill by ensuring they get the most love and wear possible. "ReAmour" is the official marketplace for buying and selling your pre-loved products from Amour Vert. This is where our sustainable community lives, and where YOU, the customers, can exchange and sell clothing to one another. We will find you the best value for your clothing, to help you sell it fast, and to find a new home where each style will be loved again and again.

How do I sell my pre-loved item?

Log into your Amour Vert account (or create an account) and click "Sell "ReAmour". Pick the item you want to sell from your purchase history OR find the ‘Sell Another Item’ button if the item isn’t in your online order history, and follow the prompts.

Amour Vert reviews all pre-loved submissions and has the right to approve or deny listings.

Once approved, we encourage you to share your listing!

How should I take photos of my item?

Lay your item down on a flat surface (like a table or a bed) with a solid background. Take photos of the front, back and any imperfections on the item. If possible please take a picture of the sewn-in tag at the neckline and/or the price tag if you still have it.

What can I sell?

You can sell most Amour Vert products through our pre-loved program. Once approved, we will place it in the "ReAmour Vert" Collection for any customer to purchase.

Note: Some items from our current and core collections may not be approved to be sold at this time. Items from other brands besides Amour Vert are also not eligible for resale on ReAmour. Feel free to reach out to the Amour Vert customer support email with any questions about your listing. 

Sustainability

What is "Plant a Tree"?

We plant 1 tree with every eligible t-shirt purchase. The trees are planted in forests across North America by our partner, American Forests®. Click here for more information.

Additionally, we are excited to be able to offer a way for our customers to do more for the environment by purchasing tree donations for $1. We will plant 1 tree for each $1 dollar donation. To purchase or add to your cart, click here.  Note that these donations are not tax deductible. No physical trees are mailed to customers.

How can I unsubscribe from your email list?

At the bottom of each Amour Vert email is the option to unsubscribe. Click the "Unsubscribe" link and you will be prompted to confirm. Unsubscribing is automatic and emails will stop immediately.

Do you offer digital gift cards?

We offer digital gift cards in various values. To purchase, click here.

Please note: Digital gift cards are automatically emailed to the person purchasing the gift card and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. There is no physical card shipped.

Our digital gift cards have no expiration date or additional processing fees.

Digital gift cards are only redeemable on our website. Unfortunately at this time we cannot accept online gift cards in store.
