We’ve launched something new, and it’s just the start.
Join us as we highlight women who live the ethos of Amour Vert: sustainability, ease, and a communal investment in the planet for generations to come.
We're featuring women who bring our vision for change in the world to life. They are entrepreneurs, activists, creatives, living for a future beyond themselves. It's not about us.
Buckley considers herself a visual philosopher, infusing all parts of her life and work with a sustainable mindset. Underneath most of her work is a sense of relating and relationship, with the self and each other. She spoke with us about the philosophy of art and what currently fuels her environmental activism.
“When you’re devoted [to art], there’s no space for judging”
Buckley recently completed a mural in Venice, California and has an upcoming collaboration with Amour Vert. More on that soon!

As a mom, she chooses clean fabrics to reduce chemical exposure for her baby. She thinks 50, 60, 80 years in the future and wants her children's children to have a healthy planet.
"I want to make other people more conscious of how they shop, what they shop and how they consume."

Our Beechwood Blend
Fabrics are the building blocks of sustainable fashion. We produce our garments thoughtfully, which means our fabrics are high-quality, versatile, and as low-impact to the environment as possible.
Our signature modal fabric is made sustainably from Beechwood. Silky to the touch, with an ultra-flattering drape. Environmentally responsible and chic.
Renée Gunter, Urbanscapes founder
"Sustainability is life. It's really important to consider our connection to the earth in everything we do."
Renée lives these values through her 30 years of drought-tolerant, sustainable landscape design work. She also brought healthy food options to her South Los Angeles neighborhood by starting the Daily Organics produce market which evolved from a corner stand, to three weekly outdoor markets, to a retail shop run out of a converted shipping container.
She sought to understand the community, and continues to work with the Daily Organics brand through her ceramics.

Accessorize with purpose and peace of mind. Our shoes, belts, and bags are made of vegetable-tanned leather, and our jewelry is made from recycled gold, silver, and brass. And who doesn't love a cozy and chic scarf. Our favorite is hand-dyed organic cotton.

Carolina Fontaneti, Model Mafia activist
Brazilian model Carolina inspires her followers to make environmentally-friendly choices one small change at a time.
"Don’t overthink things. It’s simple actions that do a lot of good. So start with the simple things. Buy a reusable water bottle, start composting."
Carolina told us about her involvement in the paradigm-shifting activist collective Model Mafia and how creating can be done with purpose.
