Brad Pitt & Ines de Ramon Steal the Spotlight at F1 Premieres

Brad Pitt & Ines de Ramon Steal the Spotlight on Red Carpet

Brad Pitt and Ines de Ramon rarely walk red carpets together, which is why their joint appearances during the promotional tour for F1 drew so much attention. At the New York world premiere and again at the London premiere a week later, the couple arrived in coordinated, carefully tailored looks. Here is what they wore.

A rare public double act

The pair have been linked since late 2022. Their first official public outing together came at the British Grand Prix in July 2024, and they made their red carpet debut as a couple at the Venice Film Festival later that year. Pitt has brushed off suggestions that her presence around the film was a promotional choice, telling GQ: “life just evolves. Relationships evolve.”

F1, in which Pitt plays veteran driver Sonny Hayes, opened in cinemas on June 27, 2025.

New York: navy tailoring and Chanel feathers

The world premiere took place in Times Square on June 16, 2025, and the couple walked the carpet hand in hand.

Pitt, styled by George Cortina, wore a bespoke double-breasted suit from the Savile Row tailor Anderson & Sheppard in a deep navy, with contrasting black peak lapels. He left the shirt open at the collar with no tie, added a pocket square, and finished with John Lobb shoes. The contrast lapel is a detail borrowed from evening wear; paired with an open collar, it gave the suit formality without the stiffness of full black tie.

De Ramon chose Chanel from the Spring 2025 collection: a two-piece in a very pale shade (reports describe it variously as pale blue and off-white) made up of a semi-sheer halter top with a plunging neckline and a long skirt trimmed with feathers. A wide black belt cinched the waist, and she carried a small quilted Chanel bag and wore jewelry by Anita Ko. The belt divided opinion among some fashion critics, who felt the look would have been cleaner without it, but it did give the fluid skirt a defined waist.

London: forest green and Fendi couture

For the European premiere at Cineworld Leicester Square on June 23, 2025, both went bolder.

Pitt returned to Anderson & Sheppard for a forest-green double-breasted suit with wide peak lapels and a relaxed, slightly boxy cut with a clear 1970s feel. He wore it with an off-white shirt, a pistachio-colored silk scarf knotted at the neck in place of a tie, tinted tortoiseshell aviators, burgundy shoes and a diamond ring from DIDRIS, the jewelry line of his co-star Damson Idris.

De Ramon, styled by Dani Michelle, wore a silver gown from Fendi’s Spring 2024 Couture collection, embellished with micro-crystals and sequins and finished with knotted straps. Her bag was a beaded, fringed Fendi Nano Baguette, a miniature take on the house’s best-known shape.

Why the pairing worked

Neither of them dressed to match exactly. In New York, Pitt’s dark navy set off de Ramon’s pale, airy Chanel; in London, his green tailoring gave a strong backdrop to her silver couture. Pitt’s suits followed a clear thread across the tour, with the same tailor, the same double-breasted cut and no tie, while de Ramon changed houses and moods from one city to the next.

It is a useful lesson for any couple dressing for the same event: agree on the level of formality and let the colors contrast rather than coordinate. A dark suit beside a light dress will always photograph more clearly than two mid-tones side by side.
