O My Bag Amsterdam is a sustainability pioneer. Led by women, they committed to bringing ethics into fashion by connecting local artisans with global customers, thereby supporting social justice. They ensure that all employees at partner factories and tanneries are treated with respect, paid appropriately, and can work in safe conditions, all while treading lightly on planet Earth. Their shipping is carbon neutral, and they are currently working on their B Corp recertification.

- Crafted at Springfield, a family-run, SA8000-certified factory in business since 1957. All employees at Springfield enjoy health and accident insurance and benefit from social security programs including retirement and unemployment funds. Women receive equal pay, maternity leave, and some artisans have a work-from-home option. Springfield is environmentally conscious and takes full advantage of the daylight, but when lights are needed they use energy-efficient light bulbs to help reduce electricity consumption. Factory waste is recycled and water is used frugally.
