Is it Worth Considering? 

Sure, it is a fledgling community, though, and some patience is needed, and as the infrastructure and the surrounding facilities mature thoroughly in the next few years. However to the person attracted to living on the shore, true green land, and a slower pace without forfeiting access to the city, The Oasis will be an actual change of what can really be provided by a Dubai community, rather than another tower belt with a nice name slapped on it.
